This just proves that Kat and Alfie was perfect together they always had their ups and downs but they always found a way back. Kat and Phil don't belong together 😀😀

Kat and Alfie definitely are forever and for always. Prostate cancer in men is a killer cancer that's why in November 2023 Alfie tells Kat he has prostate cancer. He told Phil because of Tommy, Bert and Ernie his boys with Kat. And he told Kat because of their connection to each other through their three boys. This brain tumor story wasn't a long story because he was cured from the brain tumor and now he has prostate cancer in the genitals which ain't good for Alfie if he doesn't have a long time to live. That's why Alfie must tell Kat about Phil and Emma because she hates secrets being kept from her and Alfie knows that better than anyone and he knows Kat better than Phil does. If Phil loves Kat like he does then he shouldn't have cheated on Kat with Emma should he then.
