It's not everyday that you arrest a child for murder, so the officer probably has to clarify what the correct procedure is. If the officer doesn't follow the procedure properly, then the family, or the government could maybe sue or prosecute the police officer or the force they work for. They need to make sure they read the perpetrator the correct rights, put them in the correct form of holding and care, and make sure that none of their rights are infringed upon.

He was so convincing, I'm sure when he's out in public he must have gotten harassed. Susan Oleson (Ex-Cindy Brady) said she was Public Enemy Number One with her Classmates when they thought she was a Tattletale because Cindy told on Alice to Sam. As you may remember Alice "Hugged" The Postman to congratulate her for winning a Stereo System that she generously allowed to be used in the TV Room. Ironically Marcia got "Punished" for accidently leaving a Record on but instead of taking responsibility, she blamed Alice for "Squealing" on her.
