Phils 58 this year and is still strong I think he was getting weaker as his old liver was deteriorating back when Gavins heavies kidnapped him after he returned he was pretty much weak by then. I mean when he tried to hit grant and hurt himself and when getting really angry with grant and wanted to throw Grant out but had no strength just his voice and when he tried to hit Jay and missed and also when Paul's killers came looking for Ben and Beat phil and locked him in the cupboard, Phil was helpless and a mess. But once he came back he was strong again like before in 2011 sort of time. He was weaker I think when vincent blocked his punch in 2015 and not quick enough but now I he's got new liver i think he would be quicker and harder and would hit Vincent and would definatly hit Jay without a doubt. He carries a baseball bat because that's more scary and people know you mean buisiness and it's more damage and also to scare everyone in the E20 it's about reputation for Phil
