Great video mate one of the feuds you don't see much of in the show, even though I do like Mick and Phil getting on as mates and they haven't really had any good reason to go head to head, they've had moments like Phil helping Mick against Aidan and Phil and Mick giving a toast to Shakil together with everyone in The Vic in yesterday's episode etc. Things like that. In a fight though now I think Mick could edge it, but I wouldn't be surprised if Phil took him.

The 2 characters have hardly ever had any screen time / scenes together since Danny Dyer joined the show. That was probably a deliberate move by the writers, to avoid a feud where one of the alpha males played by a famous actor had to lose and look weak. It wouldn’t surprise if Danny Dyer asked for that himself. A lot of potentially promising male characters have been wasted by the writers over the years, getting involved in feuds with Phil. As the writers have insisted on the following the stupid ‘Phil always wins’ formula, they turned many of those characters into total wimps / jokes to allow Phil to come out on top. They even did it with Johnny Allen, who in a realistic storyline would have had Phil killed without much effort.

Harry Lee yes exactly. Those guys were all guys were all younger and in much better shape than Phil, and should have been to batter Phil without any trouble. Plus Dennis boxed and was a former heavy for Dalton, Jack was a former cop, and Sean used to be in the army. A short (Steve McFadden clearly wears lifts on set), fat, older guy like Phil isn’t exactly a realistic hard man.

It wouldn't be known that he was her son until later, when she had Mick at 14 in Aunt Babe's [ Annette Badland ] Caravan in Kent, the baby was given to Babe's sister, Sylvie [ Linda Marlowe, ex wife of the late actor William Marlowe, whom played DCI Russell in 1980's drama series, The Gentle Touch, which Linda appears in one episode herself] and he was raised as her brother with Stan [ Timothy West ], Sylvie telling her that she should forget that he is her son. A bit similar to Kat although her children Zoey and the boy that was given away were products of rape, Mick and Dean were products of teenage love.
