Great footage! So the extended new set has been given permission and they’ve started building… I downloaded the plans and it looks like Block 03 is in good shape already. it would be great to see more of this construction.

If the upcoming stunt is a tube crash, I reckon it will take place on Turpin Road on the old set. Looks like there is a lot of new construction taking place and it would allow them to get rid of that part of the set for the time-being. Then it will probably be re-built a few months later.

Community Centre on the old set is conspicuously standing while all around it was dismantled; maybe it's a real building? (Not just facade and rudimentary interior.) I wonder if they're continuing to use it as-is.

Any sign of extra black on any of the buildings? Rumour has it there’s a fire being or has been filmed for this autumn. Maybe that’s why the minute mart is a different colour…
