I actually liked Stacey’s hair when she was blonde, it really suited her

I prefer her usual brown colour. Probably because Stacey’s always been quite savvy/competent so the blonde look never really meshed with her personality. It was fine for the storyline but at the best of times Stacey’s nothing like your typical blonde airhead.

Mental Health is seriously no joke! I'm glad they were aware of this back then as well

“I would go with the pink, Charlie, given their age.” Jean used to come up with the wittiest lines about flowers (especially carnations). Bless her.

The issue with bipolar and mental illness is that even if u did say go and get help they won't admit it they will admit it when they are ready or they won't admit it at all

I’ve never understood why people say that like Stacey wasn’t the one who looked after Jean for most of her childhood. At most Stacey’s a part-time beeper with a receptive affinity to lithium and carbamazepine. Otherwise she’s never been anything like her mum. The caretaking role was always that way around other than this storyline and her postpartum psychosis.
