Hope you had a blessed Easter. Here in the UK we had a traditional roast chicken Sunday dinner and lots of gravy, then apple pie and icecream for dessert😋.. Cuddles to Jackson and Riley. I watch with my 2 and a half month old and the kids always make her smile☺️♥️🙏

You should watch the movie “ inside out” the little girl is name Riley too. That’s so crazy! My daughter is 3 months and she wears already 9-12 months 😯 When I worked retailed we learn to open boxes by putting the box with the the side tape up and press hard close to where the tape is and once the box is bend just put the tape.

I lost my mom in December so it was my first Easter without her and i couldn't be with my family so it was really hard but i made sure to give my girls ages 5 and 16 a good easter i couldn't get a ham so we had ribs baked potatoes and i made edible dirt cups for dessert your babies are adorable and i love the towels

Your oven looks like it might be convection. If you aren’t used to that, always anticipate knocking off 15-20% from either the temp or the cook time. You can google conversions.

Try making her some rice! Chicken soup or soup de fideo, I used to do that with my daughter, I would sit with her and show her pictures of her self or her dad and it would get the spoon and chunk it in her mouth it worked!!

Hi Kayla, I have to say that I have never would imagine I would live an Easter like the one were are all living in right now, my family and I did not do much for Easter! My family and I just watched the Holy Week Celebrations from the Vatican, and from my Parish here in Oklahoma! I have to say, I was about to cry because the pews were empty, and because I love going to Holy Mass, I love my Catholic Faith, and I would never change to another religion!! But at the same time, I was happy on Easter Sunday because the Priests got a surprise from a Parish group, I was wondering if you would like to see? Here where I live, all public Masses, etc. have been suspended until April 24, but in an other part of the state, the suspension of all public Masses is until further notice! How is your family, and Joe's family doing? I hope everyone is okay! But I am thankful that my family is working, specifically my father!

Those look like religious medals that your friend puts on the bracelets she makes. Jackson's just grunting a bit. Maybe it's a bit of a complaint or he's just overtired since he was busy keeping you up all night, the little stinker. Riley's hair looks beautiful even when it's all messed-up. Well, if you were in Florida you could not be with your birth family this Easter, so it's no different than it would be there. In an odd way, it's a gift to you this Easter that you are not alone in being socially-distanced from loved ones for the holiday. Usually you can brush milk on a pastry, in lieu of egg, as a workaround. Or is Florida still not in a basic shutdown to keep people well? If that's true, no one's going to want to go visit there for fear of what's lurking. People are going to practice better habits about not getting others ill from colds and influenza and other things that they carelessly infect friends and coworkers with and then they take it home to their families. Nature is vibrant with life and the day comes when one of those bugs is a massive killer we never knew existed before it hit. We didn't get hit hard by Ebola or MURS or so many others that have hit in recent decades. No one escapes everything. We are not less susceptible than the rest of humanity, so maybe we will be more careful with spreading germs after this and take an epidemic seriously when it's growing. I hope so. Years ago it was polio and smallpox and other things we've conquered, but only when people are vaccinated and follow scientific protocols. The entire purpose of science is to predict and control. We are being made more aware of how spoiled we are and our wasteful habits that need to be amended to really be following God's stewardship role for us on the planet. You are not doing so badly. We all have moments of fear and sadness. Many cannot get toilet paper or eggs or chicken or sanitizer products because of whatever insane or corrupt thing is going on with the supply chain for household and grocery items. I think many of us are trying to develop new normal habits that will stay with us for the duration of this and will be healthier in the long run. It's good to get those cool, chilled things on Jackson's gums that he can chomp down on. It helps the heat from the swelling. I mean, think about it: we get teeth through considerable pain for the wee ones we are at that time, then we lose them, then we have to go through cutting more teeth when we are not all that old. Finally, it appears to be at an end, but oh no, there are wisdom teeth to be cut or, worse yet, they become impacted so a dental surgeon must remove them. I mean teeth are this ongoing torture in life! The kids are too young to remember all this and when they are old enough to recall, if there's another national disaster, they will discuss it together with their friends in adult life with pride and humor largely as "how I survived the pandemic" or earthquake or whatever. There will be a certain war stories element to it told with pride about how they got through. The big deal is to get through and not harm others. Jackson may be awake in the Snoo, but he does not seem to be in distress. Is it possible he could go back to sleep if you let him be, maybe move around a bit or grumble a little, until he gets seriously pissed about being confined? That's how many children learn to self-soothe. Get those toots out, Jackson. They only hurt when they stay inside. You had such a furrowed brow from straining and pain for so long, it's so good to see the smiles and giggles. Thanks.
