I think you'd find it easier with a wooden spoon or electric mixer, especially for creaming the butter and sugar together (use the back of the spoon to press the mixture against the side of the bowl). Also, make sure your butter is at room temperature so it's nice and soft. For cutting out the shapes, wiggle the cutter a little to separate your biscuit from the rest of the dough - you can also use a knife if you need to. You also need to keep the worktop and your rolling pin floured to stop it sticking or use a couple of sheets of baking paper (obviously remove the top one when you're doing the cutting, then replace it if you need to re-roll the dough).

Love to watch your videos. Always makes me feel better when i´m not having the best day😍❤😌 I keep laughing while watching this. It makes it even funnier for me, sense i´m watching it next to my friends mum who´s asleep. So watching this with hearing loss, while not having my hearing aids on. Then noticing every time you say Help that the sound is too loud. Makes me think oh sh!t then i have to turn the volume down 😅 So specially in these situations i´m thankful for the proper subtitles you´ve added. Makes it much easier for me to watch sense english isn´t my first language. But also the language my hearing loss has the most struggle to hear properly.❤❤❤
