@@choppermike3329 maybe that depends what people you know, I have a very toxic mom and I can easily spot that kind of person. Do be so sad about not being a teacher in a school. You ARE still teaching people, just in a different way. @Evening Commenter Dementia is awful and sorry you’re all going through this! I’m in healthcare and dementia causes you to eventually forget how to do everything, starting with the most recent life events first. They therefor don’t know their limitations anymore. Sorry to be so clinical, my Mom took a stroke that killed 95% of her right hemisphere of her brain, I know it all too well and it’s how I deal. She’s the reason I do what I do, she was my first patient. Try to stay positive but please, watch out for caregiver burnout, take your time to regroup too.

Thank you for being so open about mental health. I have severe depression, social anxiety, and generalized anxiety that makes my future seem very bleak. But when I see what you're dealing with and how you're still succeeding in life, it gives me hope. It's also comforting to see you normalize living with your family as a mentally ill adult, it honestly makes me feel like a loser sometimes knowing I may never be able to move out even though I'm only 19. Your mum surely is very understanding and lovely ♥ Watching her talking about how fretting doesn't help you during a tic attack or a seizure makes me remember my mum's freak-outs during my panic attacks. Soooo yeah, I can definitely agree with your mum, it really doesn't help

Your mum's a true champ! Having said that , you take after your mum I think.... If anything, the absolute trust and unconditional love between the two of you shines through this entire video. Do keep on seeing the funny side of things please, you two seem to be REALLY good at it..

God Bless your family, y’all are awesome. You’ve helped to Change my own thoughts. My daughter is 24 with Autism, IDD, Epilepsy, OCD Sensory disorder. Yesterday my daughter had her first Grand Mal. It scared me so bad. It was after that I googled to see what other peoples grand mals were. I found you. You and your family are an inspiration. Thank you for getting me back on track on my daughter’s disability. We are not alone. ❤️

Evie you are a teacher in a sense! You are teaching us how we can’t stereotype people with disabilities and you are bringing light to how tourette’s doesn’t have to be a turmoil when you have love and support

Thanks for posting this - proper feel good. It's so good to see that the Tourettes is just a part of you and doesn't define you or who you are. Mom, you're a star. I know bringing up kids is hard work (I have two girls grown and fledged) but Evie is a credit to you, Evie, keep posting, you brighten up my day

Thank you for being part of my life! I binged all the YT videos haha.. You and your mom are an amazing super team; The love for each other is indescribable. For some reason watching and listening to you makes me relax, and your voice sounds beautiful. You have some a inner peace that comes out somehow. I can't really describe it. As somebody with a (light) spastic disability, I completely understand the concept of the lack of control of the body. Thank you for being you!! love,love,love... a big hug from the Netherlands! Stay safe!! PS. Every time I see beans, I smile and think of you. (It's weird I know haha! I have a parrot that gets a bean-sprouts mix one in a while).

Such an amazing insight you give into Tourette's syndrome, you show its not always about the swearing but, about living with the issue and how it affects you. Great insight, please keep making these videos so, we all can become more aware of what it actually is and how a family deals with it. Absolutely amazing.

I recently discovered you on tiktok and have watched both yours and your Moms repeatedly lol I just did discover this KZbin channel so I am now watching all of the content here. I just have to say I love this one so far. The bond between you and your Mother is refreshing. You can see and feel the love. You are so lucky. I lost my Mom 5 years ago and I miss her so much. Congratulations on your book! You are a beautiful soul and you deserve greatness!! I suffer from anxiety, depression and BPD so stories like yours give hope that it can and will get better if you continue to fight and be true. Thank you Evie!
