Homemade Easter cake is healthy, low in calories and without fuss. Kozunak with wholemeal flour and standard flour ideal for diabetics and people on diets. Ingredients:
for 1 Easter cake
200 g wholemeal flour type 1850
300 g type flour type 1150
3 eggs (1 yolk separated for spreading)
200 ml milk (I use low fat 1.5%)
80 ml oil (50 ml in the mixture and 30 ml for mixing)
15 ml liquid sweetener for diabetics (you can put stevia or another sweetener, you can add sugar about 150 g)
1tsp banilia (or 2-3 sachets)
1 tsp lemon essence (or the peel of 1 lemon)
1 packet of dry yeast (or 1/2 cube)
