I realize that I am very late on commenting, regarding the chick card. But, I thought that it might be cute if you masked of the chick and added a few of his foot prints on the inside. Hi Brandy, I can't wait to try this faux background technique!! I love the little chick stamp! Also, I kept my pierce mat in the zip lock bag it came inside, so when I stamp on it I can just quickly wipe off any ink that may go off the side of my cardstock. But your idea of using a separate piece of paper instead is nice because as you show, you can use the scrap for stamping off as well. Thanks for another great tutorial!

Hi Brandy! L O V E! Love! I don't have the chick stamp, but I do have the little Happy Easter lamb, which I love. I also have the flower stamp set. It arrived yesterday! I wonder if I could do a similar card with the Happy Easter lamb. Perhaps I could mask off the Happy Easter sentiment, as use a different, more generic sentiment. What do you think? I love your new background. It inspired me to buy the Kallax unit and the Mahm 6 drawer dresser to go under it for my room. The hubby is buying the Stamp-n-storage units to go inside the Kallax unit. Now I need to find someone to buy the deluxe Stamp-n-storage 60 ink pad/marker/reinker unit that I just bought and no longer have any use for. *sigh*
