🥄 For this delicious recipe you will need 42 biscuits (my mold is 10po or 26cm)
For the Dark Chocolate Cream:
🔸1 Cup or 200g dark chocolate
🔸1/2Cup or 10cl whipping cream
🔸1/2 Cup or 125g Mascarpone cream
🔸 2 Gelatin sheets
🔸KitKat bars (to your taste)
For the Milk Chocolate Cream:
🔸1 Cup or 200g milk chocolate
🔸1/2Cup or 10cl whipping cream
🔸1/2 Cup or 125g Mascarpone cream
🔸 2 Gelatin sheets
🔸1/2 Cup or 150g Milk chocolate chips
For the Vanilla flavored Simple Syrup :
🔺 1 Cup water
🔺1 Cup sugar
🔺1 Tsp or 5ml Vanilla extract
Put your water and sugar in a pot on medium heat until it boils. Then put it aside and add your vanilla extract, just let it cool completely and that’s it !!!
For the delicious Whipped Cream:
🔹 1/2 Cup or 250g Mascarpone cream
🔹 1/4 Cup or 125g Sugar
🔹1 Tsp or 5ml Vanilla extract
For the Nutella Cream :
🔻1/2 Cup or 125g Nutella
🔻1/2 Cup or 125g Mascarpone
