I so appreciate your scholarship and your fervor. I learned much from you today. The symbolism of the Ark of the Covenant is something I had never considered before. Thank you for this lesson at Easter time. You have renewed my belief and brought tears to my eyes.

Thank you so much for your insights and knowledge. It helps my testimony grow. I love sharing things you teach with my almost eight year-old (who you met recently at our stake conference). I also recently started teaching the 10 and 11 year olds and your podcast helps me as they told me they probably won't learn anything new because they already know each lesson. I definitely want them to know that they be life long learners and there is always more to understand.

Thank you so much for all the information that isn’t usually told about Easter. I have never correlated the Ark of the Covenant with the angels at Jesus’ tomb.

I love that you pointed out that the mercy seat represented the tomb with an angel at each end. I had always been stuck at looking at it only as the throne of God. I love the idea that the Israelites carried around, all of that time, a symbol of the death and resurrection of Christ. Beautiful!

It is particularly poetic and powerful to know that the women in his life were there up until the moment of his death, and likewise they were also the first to see him resurrected. That feels right.

Thank you for your testimony. It has strengthened mine. I loved learning of the many women who were with Jesus at the crucifixion. This must have been so difficult to witness. His mother, Mary, and other women had the strength to be there. How could they do this? How could they NOT be there?! There's great strength in righteous women who love deeply. I'm so grateful that righteous, loving women were the first to see their resurrected Lord. How beautiful!

Thank you so much Lynne for pointing out the correct timeline with the Thursday crucifixion. It's so important being the one sign he was willing to give to the Pharisees, 3 days and 3 nights in the belly of the earth. Thank you for not just going with the cultural expectations of Good Friday. This was the most important event in the history of the universe! We should get it right. THANK YOU.

My goodness Lynne! You are amazing in your presentation. I get so amazed how you have presented the 4 gospels and it’s as if you knew the apostles personally so you can retell the story. I get confused, at times, because the apostles’ accounts don’t always coordinate. But, I love how you have put it all together and tell us who said what.

John, I believe is allowed to give some things in Rev.the amount of blood, like a river that riched up to the horses bridles and I found out that it would be like 200 gallons, would cover Jerusalem down to the sea Put a pin 📍 in the garden and draw a circle ⭕ 200 miles around it...

Yes! Thursday! It's the only way there are 3 nights in the tomb. Good Friday is a misunderstanding. So glad Lynn was willing to point it out instead of just going with the culture.

What scripture verse tells believers to celebrate this on a yearly basis? Having looked and looked for years in scripture, there is no scripture, where God asked us to do this or any reference to any of the disciples doing this? Of course we know Jesus died and rose from the dead but there is no reference to this "holiday". Instead there is Luke 22:17-21 where Jesus tells us what to do in remembrance of Him. Why is what Jesus asked us to do not enough?

The reason Mary Magdalene was not allowed to touch the Savior was because he had not been to Heavenly Father. He was the Sacrificial Lamb and we know that sacrifices needed to be finished to Heavenly Father. Jesus needed to finish his sacrifice to Heavenly Father. After that was done then anyone that he wanted to could handle and kiss his feet. I feel that Jesus really loved Mary to visit her first before he went to His Father.
