Hello everyone 👋 I’ve been getting a lot of feedback on the audio, these were one of the videos I first made 😅 I didn’t know much of editing, light and sound of course with time you learn new techniques. Thank you for being kind in the comments, I try my best with the new videos I post 💕 Links are in the description box of the video, have a lovely day!

I have both inserts. Makes it so much simpler. For small batches I just melt them in silicone beakers. Too keep them warm I put an inch or two of hot water in my crockpot on the warm setting.

If you loved this video, you may also want to know that there are a number of steps to making chocolate! First, cocoa beans are picked from the tree. At this stage, the beans are white and gooey. The beans are fermented for 2 weeks and left to dry. Once dry, the beans have turned brown! The dried beans are roasted to create more flavor, and finally, made into chocolate products!

👒. Your kitchen is so beautiful ! Thank you for the wonderful demonstration. You are so sweet for explaining everything so clearly. Do you have a cake and candy supply store by you ? They have amazing candy bags available. You can use Walmart’s Almond Bark Chocolate Flavored Coating.It is a lot cheaper than Wilton. But Wilton is easier to work with. When you said that only regular Oreos work , I think that is fine. Because the wafers add a lot of the same type of sweetness. Blessings from California. 💐 🐣🍪

How do you keep your chocolate thin for so long? For some reason my chocolate always thickens up as soon as I start working, so if I have a ton of treats to make, I always end up having to reheat the chocolate over and over.
@makaylak2k2 жыл бұрын
I use Ghirardelli’s chocolate and some coconut oil. If the chocolate you’re using is getting thick try coconut oil and have some hot water that you can place cup or bowl in to keep the chocolate thin. I hope this helps

Sorry for the wrong info I was thinking of the strawberry video. Yes you can make these days in advance. You can place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator, they won’t melt when you take them out. Or you can leave them at room temperature in a dark cool place

If you loved this video, you may also want to know that Chocolate sometimes gets a bad rap because chocolate products can include a lot of added sugar. Can you give me advice? I was drizzling and it comes out like really wobbly on the Oreos so it isn’t straight lines 😔
@PrettyPastelPastries3 жыл бұрын
Hi Kelsi! ✨ Happy to help! Make sure your chocolate is still a runny consistency, then place inside of your piping bag. You want to cut a small/medium tip. If you are getting wobbly lines it's most likely because the hole you've cut was a little too small. Try cutting it a little more next time ♡ Also, try to practice going at a medium pace when drizzling. Hope this helps!

@PrettyPastelPastries4 жыл бұрын
Hello, this may happen if you’re overheating your chocolate. May I know how you melt your chocolate to get more of an understanding of what seams to be the problem. I like to melt my chocolate at 30 second intervals, make sure your cup is not too warm or hot. If it is, place at room temperature for 5 min and try again. Chocolate is very delicate
@user-sz8de4xd5r4 жыл бұрын

@PrettyPastelPastries4 жыл бұрын
Try using the Bain Marie method, place a pot on the stove/ medium low heat with water about halfway, don’t let the top glass bowl touch the water. Place melting wafers and continue watching until they melt. You don’t wanna run someplace else while doing this. Wilton is pretty thick, add some veg. oil if thick 1 tsp at a time. Hope this helps!
