Today's video, I'm sharing how we spent our Easter holiday. My husband made Finnish oven pancakes or Pannukakku. Went to Andante cafe in Helsinki. Celebrated the holidays with the family and enjoyed the Finnish easter eggs, Fazer mignon.

We are 30-something Filipina-Finnish couple living in Finland. Welcome to our cozy home and our simple life in the city.

Easter is nice time in Finland. Looks so good:) Really love your videos! We don't have Easter Holidays here in California but I always make Easter to our home. Do some baking and decorate a bit. You can tip your hubby that he can sometimes add salty stuff to pannukakku before baking it. Actually very good when there is something like ham and/or salami and cheese mixed in it. Makes very good lunch. Otherwise making all just same as Finnish version . This is a Dutch way to do it;)
