Early September and it wasn’t rough as well. Did Western Med a few years earlier in July and that was also very calm. As a reference every Caribbean cruise I’ve done has been rougher than either Med cruise (though heard early spring and late fall through Winter can be rough)

Dubrovnik cabs will take 3-4 people for about €20…..much less than a bus if you have 2 or more in your group
