A hearing was held in Maricopa County, Arizona Friday in Lori Vallow Daybell's murder conspiracy case. Her attorneys argued against camera access in the case and other issues were also discussed.

The attorney is arguing this because LORI wants no cameras. Lori was very very displeased about having to go to Arizona at all. This is home for her. She didn't know anyone in Idaho. But here..this is the place that she lorded it over everyone for years. Went on and on about how special and godly and gifted she was. Told lies about Charles. Pretended to be a great mother. And all her nonsense. It is also where most of her family still live. So Lori is finding any bit of publicity ultra enraging and humiliating for her. Heh heh. She cares SO much about not having cameras in the court room. ARizona did really excellent court camera work for the vile Jodi Arias' trial. They had multiple camera, to be able to get many views at once. They used split screen as well, also to be able to show multiple perspectives. I hope this trial is of the same quality.

My personal opinion is that Lori Vallow's participation in Charles' murder (I think she grabbed Charles' cell phone and ran into the house to lure Charles into the room where Alex was lying in wait to shoot him) is sufficient to support a conviction for First Degree premeditated murder as a principal perpetrator, which would have qualified for the death penalty in Arizona. However, Lori Vallow was only charged with Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder which does not qualify for the death penalty under Arizona law.

I like this Judge. He appears to be a calm, direct, and no nonsense. The Defense Attorney is doing his job for Lori; however, Idaho was able to seat a Jury with Voir Dire, and so will Arizona!👍

Oh God, I can't take another Pryor. He was the most annoying, ridiculous defense attorney I've ever seen. Then while defending CD client, insisting he was not guilty, he REFERS TO THE VICTIM AS MURDERED. For all of us diligently following this case, this was jaw dropping. 😮
