A lot of men don’t cry because we have been socialized through over many many generations to send ourselves and our sons off to war, and to make other sacrifices as well. In a lot of cases women will choose men who are more stoic than those who express their emotions. I believe that is changing though :)

I know this family personally. I work with misty for a non profit in out town. These kids are not all theirs biologically but they always treat them the same as if they were and teach them respect, hard work and responsibility. The older boys always come help do our setup for our main even every november. They are amazing kids

@@baugust4775 That is awesome. I've found that the stereotype that seems to cover all kids is just wrong. They generally aren't lazy, they generally are nice people and will work and do things for others, this just proves yet again, its all in how you raise them and care for them. You can tell they do their best with what they have and don't ask for help. Those kids are well cared for and loved for sure you can just tell from the video. A very deserving family in deed to get that new Van, it'll take care of them for many years....loved how one of the kids said hey we can take the old one back to the junk yard LOL. I bet with that many family members the account at the furniture store is gonna definitely get a lot of use. I couldn't imagine having that many kids...I have none at all, but I do take care of co-workers kids, and of course family members kids occasionally and its so much fun and so rewarding oh and to have a house that isn't so quiet LOL.

The lady was pretty thankful and happy with the check and furniture, but she and her husband both lost it when they saw the new van-a way for the family to all be together. That meant more than a new couch. Nice, deserving family! 🎅🏻

Having a vehicle to be able to haul around the whole family is such an important part of a family, people don't understand it usually because many have maybe 2-3 children so most vehicles can handle that pretty well...but when you have a large family being able to transport them all for any reason is such a huge deal, and not easily accomplished without a very large vehicle to do so. That's such a huge relief for sure seeing them get a new van and everyone piling in LOL. The only thing I didn't care for with the Passenger vans is the seats don't fold down like a mini-van so in order to use it to haul cargo the seats have to be removed, but those vans are so versatile and for this family the best thing they could get and have for years go come.

This is a wonderful gift. My children and grandchildren all live out of state. I have not spent a Holliday of any kind with them for years. My eldest says that children grow up and go on that it is natural. It may be natural but it sure is lonely at times. Friends don’t make the diffference!

Yes, it's lovely that Secret Santa helps one family so nobody else needs to help anybody else you effing heartless disgusting people. Christian countries provide for the poor and the sick, just as Jesus told us to. Those worshiping money and the Devil do not.

Well, it was apparent pretty quickly that the dad wasn't going to be able to hold back his emotions, but when Mama Bear broke down after seeing the van, I just lost it. And all the love and support the kids were displaying was just so touching!! They were such appreciative recipients, you could certainly tell. Wishing them all the best Christmas ever!! When I saw Mr Ashley's reaction to the cheque, I immediately started the countdown to when he will see the van ! His reaction was priceless. He was literally speechless. One would clearly understand why a guy like him would adopt so many children ! You could see the love in the family when the sons were comforting him. This is a REAL man !
