I have to wonder what Tammy’s children are thinking about their father now that the autopsy report is known. Chad smothered Tammy while she slept, she fought hard, then Chad laid next to her dead body for a few hours before pushing her out of bed and called for his son to help him put her back in bed - dead. He is a monster. The kids should get counseling for sure. My God.

People want to downplay the hair but it’s location within the duct tape roll infers that she was around the body as it was being taped up, just because it wasn’t on the parts touching the body doesn’t minimize it’s implication. She’s guilty period, there doesn’t have to be a literal smoking gun in her hand here and people forget that. Tell me how everything you’ve heard proves her innocence? I get its innocent until proven guilt but looking at the evidence I don’t see any plausible defenses to the mounting evidence. Why weren’t there hairs elsewhere if she’s such a shedder? It doesn’t matter! Jurors can’t base off of inference or conjecture and only what is presented and testified to, if the defense doesn’t bring up those arguments the jury can’t consider it which is her problem…
@JujuMama23 Жыл бұрын
Technically her hair could have been on someone else’s clothes etc, and fallen off during the taping. I hope the prosecution has more evidence of her being present at the time of the murders
@poppyfield1619 Жыл бұрын
The hair though could have just been stuck on his clothing because hair naturally falls and clings to clothes if you have contact with someone or they sit in a spot where that person has been sitting for example. I can see the defense going down that route.
@thejurydoctor6097 Жыл бұрын
So do you both feel she’s not criminally responsible for the deaths of her children and tammy? And the word responsible in the eyes of the law doesn’t mean the one linked to the actual act of killing/taking the life… she was involved in the events period yes or no?…. Did she have motive? Did she benefit? Did she conspire or order? Take away the hair and all evidence says yes.
@awright119021 Жыл бұрын
@@JujuMama23 ok but you are picking apart one thing on its own. The jury will be looking at the totality of the evidence. Given everything we know so far, it's more likely that she was there and that's how the hair got there. And it wasn't on his clothes, it was on the plastic bag and tape that was over the other plastic around him. So sure you could say maybe a hair floated off of someone and just ended up on the top layer of tape and plastic her child was wrapped in, but that's not as likely as her being there. She never reported them missing and repeatedly told people they didn't understand and only she knew. All of that points to her being there and knowing what happened.
@dem4623 Жыл бұрын
her hair is not unlikely to be around Jayjay as they lived together and it might have gotten caught by hugging Jayjay or carrying him to bed, washing her clothes with the kids. My hair is on my husband's shirt all the time. This isn't the bombshell everyone thinks it is. I'm hoping they have more forensic evidences against Lori other than this. Cos so far it's mostly forensic evidences against Alex and Chad.

is the defense going to say Lori wasn't involved and she had no idea where her children were and just didn't think it was important enough to report it to the police?

@eh1702 Жыл бұрын
The fact that the defense have nothing is rather the accused’s fault than her attorney. The accused has to INSTRUCT their attorney. At the same time if they are pleading not guilty, they cannot admit guilt to the attorney. Or if they do, and still want to plead not guilty, the attorney has to bow out. Lori has told to her family three things about what happened to the children. (a) Lies (b) That the kids were buried “months before” she married Chad and that dancing on the beach was her “moving on” - implicitly, that she had been aware of their deaths at the time, six and eight weeks before. (c) That they just don’t understand. There’ s every reason to think that Lori has stuck to (a) and (c) with her own lawyers. I think she hopes for “insanity” to be taken into account at sentencing, since it can’t be used as a defense.
