He blessed the Secret Santa with the wealth to do this and then also put it in his heart that he needed to bless and help others. Secret Santa's parents raised him right as well. Someone thought enough to write the letter to them to try to get help to her. A lot of things had to align to be able to do this. You have a bunch of people that are worth a lot of money, and you don't see them giving back in any way.
