My mother left my Dad and me when I was 6 months old. When I was 12 years-old he was diagnosed with brain cancer and his mom moved in to help raise me. There's something special about a grandmother's love. I wished I had expressed to her how much what she did meant to me before it was too late. We don't always appreciate things like that until we're a little older. If her or her family happens to watch this and read the comments, I want to wish her and her family a very blessed Christmas. I hope this the lift up that they needed.
