the chart's just called SongChartVisualizer, found on github or mod assistant. unsure on the rainbow colours; it's not smth i use.

most of the expert ost maps are better then the expert+ versions in my opinion cause they are a lot more simplistic and just flow better. However they both suck which is why you get modded :/
