Very nice episode and story. Including the backstory about Mike Eastman. Congratulations to Guy on getting his buck 🦌 and I know Ike stretched his hunt out as far as he could. The bad winter ❄️ was one of my top two reasons why I didn’t apply in Wyoming for the mule deer 🦌 and pronghorn combo rifle hunt that I have been wanting to do for years. Hopefully 🙏 next year I’ll be able to get out there.

Yeah, Nevada in Northeast , North Central and Eastern parts lost alot of Deer and Antalope too. 40-50%. Bad year for lots of western states. It will help plant growth the next few years for the ones that survived. They are calling for above average weather in Nevada again this year with El Nino.

You guys all ways get the big bucks but never seen a vid of you eating any of the meat that’s why Hushin production is the best yea the try to get the big bucks but they show eating them and they hunt the public land they always show other hunters hunting the land that the hunt seems to me you bought your way into private late we’re the big bucks are not scared of people or the landowners

Nice video BUT it really seems to be on private land. It seems like years ago you were more about hunting public land DIY. Now in your magazines I see many guided hunts and some on private land. That is why I quit my subscription. However they do take some very respectable game. IF anyone enters a deer into the record books it should also include DIY or guided and public or private. M2C

I have a dozen friends who all buy a doe tag every year we all buy it with the intention we're not going to fill it... The state realizes that so they issue more damn doe tags!

@@YMS12121 sounds like YOUR angry? I do for the most part agree with you. I am very pissed at my government, they OVER HUNT the herds, way too much DOE SEASON. They allow WAY too many predators to exist. They do what they can against poachers, but, that is a huge issue. I have a major problem with the government allowing hunters to kill the herds down to low, you shoot the first forked horn you see or you don't kill a buck at all. Yet, as with most issues, there isn't a damn thing I can do about it. You have any ideas to get the government to listen I am all ears! I agree, they need to simply everything l, 1 tag, 1 buck state wade AFTER RUT. (All the does are bred). TheN, ONLY then if there is a destruction issue, they can have emergency hunts for issue more tags for that limited area. But, as always, NOBODY LISTENS! They issue more tags, you and me, okay we don't hunt "what's left", trailer trash Bob, he has No problem, Killing the last buck. Then the last doe. Me, if the area is hurting,I RAISE my standards to the biggest buck, the one that will only be killed by a GOOD hunter, or a poacher with a spotlight! Yet, you dare say I am the problem? Hummm. I think your angry, and need some help.
