I visited about 4 or 5 different teahouses in Taipei. Some were more modern but this was probably my favorite because it was in a quiet location too. Teahouses are definitely not as much of a thing in London and I wish it was because I'd be in here over a pub anyday😂 Loved the snacks and little desserts and pretending like I was a connoisseur at something, hehe. Anyways hope you all enjoyed the ceremony❤

Looks amazing, I wanted to do something similar in Japan but never got the chance. I did come away with a new love for green tea though so have replaced my morning coffee! The dragonfruit looks amazing, I live in ireland so it's hard to get nice fruits 😢

I'm in London, so it's somewhat similar too:/ -- That's great. I have some friends who get jittery from coffee and they find that while green tea and matcha still provide the caffeine, it's kind of a more gentle awakening of the body.

Thank you❤ The location was perfect. I went to another one where the inside was somewhat similar, but it was located right next to a main street, so car noise alone made it a completely different experience.

It's a really pretty and kind-hearted country. I studied abroad there in my 20s and it always felt like a very protected, safe space.

awww same. i love traveling and i recently transitioned to whole foods plant based. i had a long list of vegan restaurants saved for different places i plan to visit and i removed the bookmarks and switched over to saving tea rooms/houses. glad you found a new travel interest and some snacks. 🤎
