I've got a friend who was shooting Victory VAPs and after about 6 months of volume shooting, the arrows are not quite straight. they start to wobble slightly when spun. He swapped to Easton Carbon 1 before it was renamed Advance with a new colour scheme, never had a problem with it after 18 months of volume shooting. He changed to X10 after.

I'd swap the points and pins. It's usually not the carbon that takes a set.

I’ve shot Avance for outdoor and my daughter shoots the VAP gamers. Have had no issues with either. The Avance have been out in the US for a while so interesting to find out it is just hit down under.

I own a dozen carbon 1 and avance with the same spine, point weight, and length. Both are good micro-diameter arrows with an affordable price. Make a tuning and try to shoot which one is a nice grouping. I've found that the carbon one is slightly tighter in arrow grouping. That is why I prefer an Easton Carbon 1.

VERY pleased with Cross-X Ambition 4.2 shafts, FL 33", .003", complete with pins, nocks, points, $75/USD. Fletch 'em with Spin Wings, use 'em for barebow and OR ... BUT, the Avance Target shafts have got my attention!

I just bought some Pandarus Alpha X arrows thru Archery Supplies mainly because you cannot get them in the US. I have not shot them yet, but they are very nice looking arrows and even though they are .006 straightness the roll real nice on my spine checker. Hopefully they will be available in the US at some point.

funny thing is many of my club members shoot easton avance but have started to comment on how well our pandarus & skylon arrows are flying compared to theirs :P :P

Personally shoots the more expensive version of the Easton Avance rather than the sport option. It shoots very well. It flies well at 70 meters. It is a decent option for those with low poundage but need to shoot long distances.

This arrow is nice for lighter poundage bows. Some with x10 like arrows cannot reach 60-70 meters comfortably but they can with this arrow !

I've been using the advance for a few months they are sweet arrows I usually shoot victory and love them but I was actually really pleased with the advance arrows, I'm usually not a fan of most of easton arrows.

Do you think the new Easton parallel Pro will superceed the Advance. Appears to be the replacement for the arrows Easton stop producing.
@InFerrumVeritas8 ай бұрын
No, completely different price points. There was maybe a chance that the Superdrive Micro would, but it wasn't a very popular shaft for recurve.

Hey Steven you mentioned that pandarus aren't available in the states why is that? They aren't available here in Europe either which is such a shame because I think they have a very interesting lineup. Is there a shortage of pandarus on the marked or are there other nefarious reasons? Love the videos keep them coming💪 appreciation from Denmark
@InFerrumVeritas8 ай бұрын
They're available in Italy. I'm not sure where they're getting them, but plenty of mid-level Italian shooters are using them. Also Frangilli, so I've heard.

What I mis is the spine range comparison of the arrows per brand🎯 or are these the same?
