Watching the other video I was astonished at how thorough the two gentleman were and really enjoyed watching the processor. Thanks for sharing this particular video as well Andrew. Good words.

I was really impressed with their in depth dive of the firewood numbers

Amen!!!!! One of the first things I had to learn over forty years ago when I started my own business was to not fall into the "give it away" trap.

Andrew - it was a great video and what surprised me most was the largest driver of cost was the firewood logs. Sidenote: I noticed you put on your finest woodyard attire for this video...

I watched that video. It certainly put everything into perspective. While I’m not on the same scale as them, i learned a few factors that go into a machine purchase. It also left me with a few good questions to ask a manufacturer when purchasing a new machine.

I agree with you Andrew. You definitely know what it takes as well. Matt and Adam did a great job breaking it all down and seeing the true hard numbers. Joe from Ohio Wood Burner and Chris from In The WoodYard are much the same, not accountant’s but business men who share advice as well. Either way, great seeing you Andrew and where EastonMade is today and still supporting firewood producers both ways and not just selling splitters, processors, etc. you genuinely are a great guy. 👍🏻👍🏻

@@OpenAirAdventure it sure does buddy. We have a rare situation where we have pretty severe fire risks and there are some fires south of me. We have been very dry and now there is like 4 inches of rain in the forecast. Hoping it DOESN"T all come at once.
