GazzyB comes across as one of the few dudes in poker who seems genuinely cheerful and happy despite having the world's most soul crushing job (poker pro), and he never takes himself too seriously, despite being a very good player. I wish more notable figures in poker had an attitude like him, it would make the streaming and tournament scene way more entertaining. Love the Punt or No Punt series.

Great episode, awesome to have GazzyB on here! Although have to disagree with the conclusions on turn and river on the last hand. T9s definitely blocks a lot of the folding range on both streets, hence why the solver pure checks it I think

Q8 of clubs is supposed to check when taking this line. So weird to me when I looked it up. You’re supposed to bluff the absolute bottom of your range including every 32s combo, 53 of clubs, 42s at a mix and 52s. No idea why. Also every combo of JJ folds 100% of the time lol. Something that I thought was crazy too was Q9 of clubs is supposed to call 100% of the time.

This is a hyper polarising spot so calls will be based upon removal effects - You bet like 2pair+ here OTR only, low equity stuff cannot win at showdown will bluff, the 5 highs are good because all the folds will come from 9x clubs, and middling Ax which is indifferent. I think Q8cc would X back because it beats 54cc maybe low freq J4cc etc. Q9cc bluff catches as a lot of the value range is A9 in this spot and Qc is not really bluffing otherwise. JJs call is probably only because 1) Villian doesn't know how to construct his defence range in this spot 2) He believes GazzyB is overbluffing someway, either through general observations or timing tells.

Hey nick serious question - what stakes do you play? Because you seem to be quite knowledgeable on the game but I’ve only seen you play 10nl right? Do you crush 10nl?? Or is the game really that hard? Just trying to get some insight into how difficult it is to beat online poker! Would really appreciate some feedback it would be super helpful! I'm playing 10NL in my Challenge and winning at 3.2bb or so with ev at 4.2 which I'm completely fine with. I play up to 100NL depending on how I'm feeling, sample very low. Winning small mostly!
