I LOVE PASTA SALAD!! Hands down my favourite meal! My favourite combo is: tomatoes, black olives, mozzarella, chopped up hot dogs and corn - but really you can put whatever you have on hand. And instead of the mayo use olive oil. Very italian inspired. Most times I don't even wait for it to be completely chilled cause I just can't wait to eat it (besides if the pasta is still kind of warm it melts the mozzarella a bit). Should totally try!

Mmm looks good. My family makes a similar pasta salad but it’s made with rotini pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, and zesty Italian dressing. You can add some Parmesan when you serve it.

My mom made a very similar pasta salad growing up but swap the tuna for salami and the Mayo for Italian dressing. When I make it now I like to add tomatoes and cucumbers and a little bit of cheese.

My quick recipe chicken ramen noodles, a little garlic and onion powder and if you want a few pieces of bacon. If you choose to add bacon cook the bacon as you are cooking the noodles. Boil the noodles in a pan then drain 3/4 of the water from the pan leaving a little water with the noodles turn the heat to medium and add alittle garlic powder and onion powder then stir and then add half of the seasoning packet then stir. The noodles should have a creamy consistency after this. If you cooked bacon add the bacon to the pan with the noodles and stir it. Wait about a minute then server. Note that after you drain the water you have to continuesly stir the noodles or they will stick to the pan

That bit about pepper is *so* true. Very glad someone else feels the same way I do about pepper because people keep telling me I'm just making it up. Pepper does change the flavour of everything it touches. And it's not good. And salt is great.

My childhood nostalgia version of this salad is cold pasta, cucumber, cheddar cheese, frozen vegetables mix and chorizo all again covered in mayo "dressing". So basically the same but more unhealthy and different ingredients 😀 I bet you will love it ☺️

I've been making a lot of tuna salad too I use 2 cans of tuna, one large carrot shredded, 2 hard-boiled eggs, and sweet relish and mayo! ALWAYS eat with popcorn. I'm going to try adding pasta to mine next time!

tell you something i learn this pandemic, i remember pretty much every soup my mom made when i was young. my brain works only when it wants too. from never making soup, to chicken noodle, lentil with ground beef and sausage, split peas with ham(but i used bacon), tomato soup with a grill cheese, bolivian fricase (basically spicy pork with white corn soup) and one i just learned because why not gumbo. is gumbo soup, i add rice to all my soup anyways.
