I have been battling stage IV cancer for a long time. I love crafting, but I was getting depressed because I've never had a lesson. I painted this with a child's palette (it's all I had at home at the time). Success! A sunset that looked pretty decent! I popped a pic to my artist friend and she was proud of me. Not bad for a woman who hasn't painted in 30 years.

I just bought a new water-colour paper pad and it just came. I was so excited. this is my first time using watercolours for painting, I normally use acrylic. this is my first painting. I just tried it and it turned out to be way better than what I could hope for as my first. Great tutorial, I am a beginner and this is the first piece I have painted and am proud of. Also, if you don’t have a pin stripper you can also dip the back of your brush in paint and it works just as well. Thank you for your tutorial, keep doing what you are doing!
