For this recipe you will need :
2 & 1/2 Pounds or 1,365 grams, of fresh Strawberries, including some underripe berries.
2 Cups or 400 grams Granulated Sugar.
Juice and zest of 2 lemons, use as much or little of the zest as you like.
3-4 8oz Jam jars with lids.
1 Large Canning ir Stock pot
Jar lifter
Canning Wand
Jar Funnel
Large ladle
Large pot
