Cocoa Nibblers
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup or 60 grams unsweetened chocolate bar
1/2 cup or 40grams coconut sugar
1 cup or 100 grams cocoa nibs
DIRECTIONS
Chop the unsweetened chocolate into small pieces.
Add unsweetened chocolate and coconut sugar in a bowl and melt via a double boiler. Keep mixing until the chocolate has completely melted.
Add the cocoa nibs and mix until well combined. Make sure that the chocolate nibs are completely coated by the chocolate.
Pour cocoa nibs on parchment paper or silicone mat.
Using a spatula, flatten the cocoa nibs across the silicone mat.
Put everything in the freezer to set for 15mins.
After freezing, put the cocoa nibs inside a ziplock plastic bag. Using a wooden spoon or meat tenderizer, beat the cocoa nibs into small pieces.
Transfer into an air-tight container for storage.
