Soft Crust Air Fryer Pizza :
- 100g All Purpouse Flour (3/4 cup)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Yeast
- 60g Luke Warm Water (1/4 cup)
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
Quick no cook pizza sauce:
Mix tomato sauce with a drizzle of olive oil, basil, pinch of salt and garlic. You'll only need about 2-3 tbsp of sauce!
Add whatever toppings you like!
Enjoy!

I just made this and it was sooo good and fluffy. Sure it was still white underneath like you said but it was fully cooked. Next time i will cook it then flip the dough and place the toppings then cook again to get a nice color.

To make it crispy you can use roast function at 375 degree F for 3 -4 mnts. I tried good result.

I made this recipe and it was very good. The only issue I had was 1 tsp of salt was too much salt for my taste. I experimented with the dough/pizza. The first time the bottom was doughy. The second time I found an eight inch pizza stone that fits in my fryer so preheated the stone for 10 minutes. Then I baked the pizza for 8 minutes. The crust on the bottom turned out the way I like it. Thanks for demonstrating this recipe. In the future I will adjust the salt but it will be my go to dough for a personal pizza.

Thanks for the tips I ran across the same issue. 1/4-1/2 tsp salt worked best for me. If in traditional oven 450F 8-12 mins worked

I always start mine in a cast iron pan then golden the base prior to placing in the air fryer. Always comes out like a perfect pizza
