Absolutely love this technique. I didn’t know I could use alcohol on the alcohol ink for a beautiful look. The blending solution always just gave me dots and I didn’t think to move it around. I am so grateful for all the inspiration you have given me over the years.

Hi Jennifer. It's Lisa, and I'm new in this neck of the crafting woods. :) Thank you for your instructive video. I don't at this time have any alcohol (liquid) inks, but I do have some alcohol markers. I am going to try your method with them, and see how it turns out! This is also the first year that, because of your teaching and encouragement, I made ALL of my Christmas cards! I had a blast, and am now preparing for birthdays and Valentine's Day. These are all so very beautiful Jennifer. I learned something like this years ago and it was very addictive. We called it marbling then and it IS fun. All of your backgrounds are gorgeous as are the completed cards. TFS!

I’ve watched so many you tube videos so Pinterest ideas and videos as a crafter of many years I must say I definitely feel your video is by far the best I’ve ever come across so to the point and so many ideas in on video in a short amount of time. I went ahead and ordered a whole set of alcohol inks from Tim Holtz Alcohol blending solution , and stamp pad, yupo paper , I mean a bunch of stuff. You have inspired me so much to try these I can’t wait I will be subscribing just adore you. Wow! I’ve got some great ideas 💡 now of my own can’t wait to see more of your videos. Thanks for sharing your creativity with us... I was recently playing with my alcohol inks with my elderly Mom who has Parkinson's and this medium doesn't need steady hands so it was perfect for us. I've watched several videos about alcohol inks but hadn't seen or didn't remember the idea of using a brush to add the blending solution and move the inks around. A BIG thank you for that tip as I love the marbled look it achieves. Have a great day! 😃

This technique is so cool, and it goes along with the marble trend that's been super popular lately. I love how the more you work with the ink, the more it looks like actual marble! I'm obsessed with it. I, too, would frame that beautiful rainbow piece :)
