Ingredients for the American cheesecake:
200 g cookies
80 g melted butter
600 g cream cheese
180 g of sugar
200 g sour cream
2 tbsp vanilla extract
Lemon zest
4 eggs
1 tbsp corn starch
Raspberry sauce:
250 g raspberries
3 - 4 tablespoons of sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
