For the french-speaking person that enjoys your video here, your fast-pace voice and your accent are a challenge sometimes, but you have great ideas that I cannot wait to implement in my future shop! Thank you sir!

Man! I wish I had another wall of free space, so I could build this flexible system. Bravo! I like the pros and cons post evaluation (splinters etc) and the aim of keeping it a simple and fun process emphasizing a few necessary cuts and design advices.

I love this! You made it so simple, even this grandma can make it. I think it would suit us for a place to hold our squash and onions to dry. I might make some of the shelves like a frame with wire mesh bottoms. Thank you! Great idea and super money saver!

Great idea on the wire mesh! That could be useful for a bunch of things.

Excellent. I like how the OSB is notched to stay in place.

Notched shelves is genius!

The multiple of shelves is a good way to go, and amplifies your space, with flexibility. If you are short on time... for $120ish + (or free) ship, you could by an all metal sheet pan rack, with wheels. You can cut plywood that slides right in. More expensive, but faster and very nice for storing smalls.

Thinking of making this for pottery. Would come in handy for when I need to put tall bottles or if I just make a bunch of shorter mugs.

Excellent video, I'm going to make this. Maybe add a support between each shelf support to prevent the shelf bowing. It would require 14 more strips, but would allow for heavier items if needed.

Solid video. There's also a possibility of building this out of remnants and scraps. You can get that for free a lot of the time....

Nice build. You are right about OSB… For the life of a shelf like that I would probably pay for the plywood or better yet see if I could repurpose some. 😃

How are those adjustable storage shelves?
@SpecificLove7 Жыл бұрын
Still using them
@jeffa847 Жыл бұрын
@@SpecificLove7 I was asking in what way are those adjustable? In my mind an adjustable shelf is one that can be moved to a higher or lower position without tools

OSB off gases and that bothers some people (me, for one.) Off gases=stinks, so be sure that's OK with you and anyone else who has to be near it.
@SpecificLove7 Жыл бұрын
Thank you for the heads up. Then plywood would be your best option.
@jeffa847 Жыл бұрын
They have a number of options on low or no VOC plywood and other types of manufactured wood that you might want to look into

That's not an easy build. Additionally the mentioned costs are not longer correct any more. It definitely sounds more like pre COVID and pre Ukrainian war prices!
@SpecificLove7 Жыл бұрын
Just because the prices might be different in your area doesn't make them false.
