Don't you find the bugle-head screws tend to tear out the pocket hole? (I absolutely agree, you don't have to use pocket hole screws, I just try to make sure I'm using some kind of washer head screws)

thats a pretty good point, i have had this problem but i found that by clamping the pieces together first i can put less pressure and then they dont tend to tear out so much

Do you share the jig set up measurements? And the spacing between tote rails?

I didn't, but i might make a more detailed video soon as Im going to remake that jig. the spacing between tote rails i believe was 17" though.
