Hello, dear friends and happy June! 💗🌷 Today I am sharing easy but cute pie decorations ideas and my favourite pie crust recipe. Today's video is a compilation of previous recipes as I'm still editing a more elaborate video, writing the summer series and taking care of personal stuff. 🌷 For those asking if a new story is coming, the answer is yes! I love pie art! I use stencils and edible colored powder to decorate little jam hand pies. My mom was an incredible pie baker, and making artistic pies makes me feel closer to her now she's gone❤

You’re pies are so beautiful! I have been wanting to start baking pies for awhile now. This is perfect timing as I will have some extra time off this summer. I will try your recipe and let you know how it goes. I love the idea of smaller pies and I have a mini pie tray that has six spaces on it. Any extra dough can be hand pies. No special shape needed! Yes, they always cook very well, the inside is not as "golden" as the rest, but they are fully cooked and delicious to eat as a separate snack :)

Ohh I am so sorry but it is a fake book I made for the series. I designed and printed a couple of pages and added them to an old book. But I am going to use a similar style for the cookbook I will offer on my Etsy shop :)

Beautiful pies but the crusts are severely underbaked. They shouldn’t be the same color after coming out of the oven. No Maillard reaction has occurred. You’re missing out on all of the flavor.
