Easy and Delicious "Meringue Cookies"

These meringues only require 2 ingredients to make, but they can be a little bit finicky - even the weather can affect them. Winter is a great time to try them out, as you’re much less likely to have a very humid day this time of year, and humidity is one of the greatest nemesis of meringue cookies.
Ingredients:
