I finally tried this at home. I really liked it but no one in my family could stomach the intense spices and chillies though I halved them compared to your recipe. Between the peppers, chillies, and sauces, there were like 6 or 7 ingredients that in combination overwhelmed the senses. Perhaps I have to forgo some of them completely. Or find antidotes to add to neutralize them.

I like your vegetable pulau recipe, but is it possible for you to create vegetable biryani recipe as you have chicken Biryani some of us are guju hindu so do not eat meat, it would be delicious recipe if you have one on Vegetable Biryani as you always have classic touch and taste in your recipes. I do cook everything but always learn some new tricks from you. As i learned not to make chasani for sweets if you can substitute with Sweet canned Milk....your recipes are Super se Upper moti ben you are the best and thank you for sharing God Bless You and Your Family, Inshallah.
