Ingredients
Minced meat - 600 grams / 21 oz
Onion - 2 pcs
Eggs - 2 pcs
Breadcrumbs - 30 grams / 1 oz
Parsley
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
Red pepper - 1 tsp.
Cumin - 1/2 tsp.
Thyme - 1 tsp.
Table salt - 1 tsp.
Potatoes - 4 pcs
Parmesan - 150 grams / 5 oz
Cheese - 100 grams / 3.50oz
Garlic - 3 cloves
Corn starch - 1 tbsp.
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
Red pepper - 1 tsp.
Oregano - 1 tsp.
Beer - 250 ml
Olive oil - 30 ml
Method of preparation
Season the minced meat with table salt, black pepper, red pepper, cumin, thyme and parsley. Add 1 small onion, eggs and breadcrumbs. Knead well, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cut the potatoes and 1 onion large, place them in a tray, add 30 ml of olive oil, corn starch, parmesan, cooking salt, black pepper, red pepper and oregano to them. Mix well the potatoes and onions to taste well. On top of them we arrange the meatballs, which we form from the minced meat, placing a piece of cheese in the middle. Add the beer, cover the pan with foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 220° C/ 428° F for 40 minutes. After removing the foil, spread the meatballs with a little olive oil in which we dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper.
Bake the dish at 200° C/ 392° F for 15 minutes.
