Easy Avocado Yogurt Recipe

This super easy recipe for avocado yogurt is a yummy dish to have as a dip, your swap for avocado toast or a delicious addition to a sandwich. It's a hearty snack too.

Avocado Yogurt & Fattoush Salad Recipe:
Avocado Yogurt Recipe:
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 Tablespoon of Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon of Cumin Seed
1 cup of Greek Yogurt - it's richer, thicker
2 - 2/12 Avocados
Put all these ingredients into a blender.
Fattoush Salad:
Grilled Avocado - use under ripe avocados. Grill, then chill and then cut into quarters
Heirloom tomatoes sliced up
Cucumbers - diced up
Curly Parsley
Juice of 1 Lemon
Little Bit of Dill
Pickled Onion - you can use cocktail onions
Pinch of Salt
Zatar spice (easily found at the market)
Pita Crumble - crumble pita with olive oil, garlic, shallots and salt and then toasting it almost like a crouton.
Add ingredients into a large bowl, additionally drizzle with a bit of olive oil. Mix lightly just to coat everything.
You'll add the pita crumble on top of the salad dished into a bowl.
