Einkorn Banana Muffins:
3 large bananas mashed
8 tbsp butter melted
1/3 C Maple Syrup
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 3/4 C Einkorn amzn.to/3wgMOQB
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Mix wet ingredients, add dry ingredients, mix. Bake at 350 for 18-20 mins
Mini muffins bake 16-18 mins
Banana Bars:
6 Bananas mashed
4 cups Oats (sprouted) amzn.to/4bjvLfx
1 C peanut butter
1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Sugar Free Chocolate Chips amzn.to/4boUwXU
Extra Chips for topping
mix ingredients, pout in 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish and firmly press down into dish. Bake at 350 for 15-16 mins
Chocolate Cupcakes/Muffins:
2 Bananas mashed
1/2 C Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder amzn.to/3y1FpoK
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 Egg
Honey/Maple Syrup to taste (optional) I did 2 tbsp honey
Mix, pour into 9 muffins, bake at 350 for 18 mins
