It's the best recipe of muffins I've ever tried in my life. I've decreased the amount of sugar used and substituted buttermilk with whole milk and they happened to be so delicious! They're so moist inside and taste even better after being sprinkled with some sugar powder. Really recommend this recipe!!!

@@missie101uk If you add some lemon juice to whole milk you can create something that is close to buttermilk. 5-10% of your total milk should do the trick.

I’ll say that everyone is different, I do enjoy the interaction from the person making the video, their thoughts and ideas of the recipe. There’s nothing wrong with a bit of interaction from the person on the other side of the screen. You sound a bit selfish to only want the recipe and not one input from the person sharing in some cases who created the recipe.

This is my favorite banana muffin recipe! I replaced vegetable oil with extra virgin olive oil and did not add any butter. I also only added about 70g of sugar. Also made my own buttermilk with milk + vinegar. It is perfect. Not too sweet, you cannot taste nor smell the evo oil and it is super moist. Made this already more than five times. @@Jokekeung put a bit of vinegar (1 teaspoon) into lukewarm milk. Place the milk in room temperature and it will start to coagulate. That’s buttermilk

I just did this recipe literally right now and it was amazing. I was kind of hesitant because after everything was mixed the batter was a little on the thicker side and I was worried it was going to come out more like a banana bread and not muffin. I double the recipe and to be a little healthier I used Splenda sugar instead of regular and it came out so amazing and fluffy. The only extra thing I added was cinnamon. Next time I’ll add walnuts and chocolate chips. 10/10 recommend this is going to be my go to recipe from now on.

Made these last night. They were amazing, moist and delicious! I can’t wait to make these again. I used yogurt in place of buttermilk and sprinkled cinnamon and sugar on top. They were a big hit around the house while they lasted! EASY AND DELICIOUS!

These were legit the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten. To avoid the stor I substituted syrup for vanilla, coconut oil for veg oil, and Greek yogurt for buttermilk and the came out PERFECT. THANK YOU!

I have tried this recipe by reducing the total oil to 50ml and sugar 50g. Using red palm oil and extra virgin olive oil. Result turn out to be very good, the best recipe i have tried. I insert 2 dark chocolate coins into some of the muffin, they taste seperb. Thanks for this recipe.

Had a crack at these the other day, just reduced sugar and veg oil a slight bit and added maple syrup to make up the diff. Came out perfect. Love bananas and this was ideal for using up a few that were just over ripe. Thanks a bunch. 👍

The best! Just made them. Everyone, follow the directions exactly and they will come out perfect. Baking time I did 8min 425 and 8min 350. Edges and top getting a touch golden. Full of flavor, moist, but not dense or heavy. Wife and daughter loved them. Just perfect.

I rarely leave a comment but this recipe is the best banana muffin recipe I've ever used, these muffins were unbelievably moist and fluffy🤤! I tripled the recipe, cut the sugar down by a 1/3, added some cinnamon and then I split it into three batches. The first batch was plain and I added sliced almonds on top and after baking I dunked the muffin tops in a cinnamon and sugar mixture. The second batch had chocolate chips in it and the third batch had peanut butter chips! I don't have a large muffin pan so I used a regular cupcake pan and by tripling the recipe I got 24 muffins. I used about 1/3 cup of batter for each muffin and they came out at just the right height and width. The baking directions were fine for my dark cupcake pan but when I used my light (shiny metal) cupcake pan I found that the muffins needed a little longer to cook (an extra 4-6 minutes). All in all, I would recommend this recipe to anyone it was 10/10!🥰

Just made these, 100% my go-to recipe now, I only realized I accidentally left out the baking soda after I was adding this recipe to my binder, I only used the baking powder and they came out so INSANELY good and moist. So tasty, they aren’t overpowering but they definitely aren’t lacking any flavor. I rarely comment on the videos I try recipes from (because I forget) but these were so good I had to come back to this video, I’m not even writing the baking soda down, the texture and taste were perfect even without it 🩵 thank you so much!
