I always struggle with ways to use leftover pork! These recipes are perfect! 😋 I do like to take my leftover pulled pork and coleslaw and put them in egg roll wrappers and fry them up!

Good morning Kristi. I just recently started following you and I have to say I absolutely LOVE that you did a video like this! I don't see often videos like this using leftovers and turning it into something totally new and different! I love pork and definitely want to try the enchiladas recipe! I love trying to think of ideas of turning left overs into something. The other night I had some left over burgers so I made a gravy and let that simmer with the burgers and then served it on Texas garlic toast, but you can definitely even put it over mashed potatoes. Anywho thanks for sharing this style of video I found it very helpful!

We make verde enchiladas that are so yummy. I use the leftover chicken to make nachos (jalapeños, black beans, and crema or sour cream, and monterry jack cheese). Your dishes looked delicious!!!!!!

Good morning hope all is well. I love these kind of videos. I will often make a big roast for a meal and repurpose the meat into several meals. I also will freeze some for another meal. Cook big once and then you can have that hard part of the meal done. I loved watching today those are some great ideas for pork. Until next time take care.

I use thinly sliced red onion on my bbq nachos. I usually use pulled pork. I top that with shredded Colby jack cheese. I also use jalapenos for my hubby. These are so delicious! 😋
