What type of cuisinart ice cream maker is that? I am really interested in upgrading to a machine where I don’t have to freeze the bowl for 24 hours.

It has its own condenser so you never have to freeze a bowl. It makes 1 1/2 quarts. I can make several batches at a time when making for a crowd! We love this machine! IT is a Cuisinart!
