I just wanted to say thankyou; this recipe is making a massive difference in my and my partner’s life. As someone neurodivergent with several disabilities, there are a lot of days when I’m not able to manage cooking at all, let alone cooking anything healthy or tasty. Being able to make this in less than 5 minutes (with less than a minute or two of standing required) means the difference between eating and not eating. Since I found this video, I’ve made this half a dozen times *easily*. Even changing the quantities for the dressing ingredients isn’t a problem; the recipe still tastes amazing. I made it with cauliflower the other day and it turned out brilliantly too. Thankyou for sharing this; this is something my partner and I will eat for the rest of our lives because it’s accessible for us, even on our toughest days. - one eternally grateful neurodivergent spoonie

chicken stock in seasame oil sounds amazing as a dressing, I will have to try that some day on some greens.
Tip for broccoli fans: cut a little bit off the bottom of the broccoli stalk and store the broccoli in the fridge standing in a glass of water. It'll stay fresh for a couple of weeks if you change the water and slice another little bit off the bottom every day or two.

Tbh this reminds me of the inside out movie, they had to replace the broccoli with peppers because In Japan people like even more eating broccoli rather than peppers
