They don't need to approve anything. My house, my rules. They want to freak people, so they stay dependent only on the grocery stores. (i'm not from the US, so I don't care about FDA, but I'm just saying) 😂

There are FDA approved ways to can. It just means they tested the recipe in a lab to check for things like pH and canning times to make sure botulism or other foodborne pathogens won’t be in it!

Raw red cabbage is also so good as a salad. I love adding cucumbers, tomatoes, cauliflower and dill to it with some olive oil and it’s delicious.

These seem like Keto recipes. Are you doing Keto now? I cant wait to make this pudding. The dairy just kills my gut. Never have made roasted cabbage. Sounds delicious. I usually saute it because raw cabbage does not agree with me. Lol. Thanks for the delicious recipes.
