Beautiful nails and your wings are just fine! . Im 58 and I spent 6 years not leaving the house in my 40's due to anxiety. The ONLY way to get rid of anxiety is to do things that make you anxious and COMPLETE them. Don't run from it or you will be anxious forever. One of the best books about anxiety is a children's book funnily enough. It's called There's A Monster On My Shoulder. It's quite normal to experience anxiety You have to kick anxiety's arse with willpower. And alcohol only exacerbates anxiety and depression.

I know you probably mean well, but this is just rubbish advice and you need to wind your neck in. Like Jo, I have an anxiety disorder. It sounds like you had one too, so I'm surprised you don't seem to know anything about it. You're quite right when you say that anxiety is a normal part of life; situational anxiety happens to everybody, anxiety disorders don't. Believe me when I say that if willpower was the way to get over an anxiety disorder the vast majority of people would have got over it. If you are going to spend time writing out 'helpful' comments, new ought to check and see whether they are 'helpful' before you press reply.

Anxiety and panic attacks are horrible. I used to have them so bad it would paralyze half my body😢. I'm 63 and don't get them that bad anymore thank goodness. The nails are beautiful and your just getting love from this end❤.

I agree with the the comments about Anxiety issues! I I've been dealing with it for many years and I find that Art is a good way to deal with it for me. As well as quiting drinking will Help and I spent year's in therapy learning why and how to deal with it. IWatching your tutorials I Very much Enjoy and Appreciate your sense of humor, LOL! I wish I could make you feel better. Depression and anxiety are the worst. I try to remind myself daily that I’m ok and things will get better. They always do. It’s more of a faking till you make it kind of thing. But sometimes it does work. Sending love ❤

Jo, I learn so many new ideas from you! This is beautiful! I play Manor Matters as my anxiety game. It’s funny how the familiar is comforting, even in simple repetitive tasks. I suppose that’s why I enjoy being a nail tech so much. I e just started working with polymer clay too (Jo, you’d LOVE polymer clay crafting!). I make jewelry, bookmarks, trinket trays, etc. I love it!

I really liked the last one you did with the Holo chrome powder. ❤️ I hope Dex recovers well from his surgery. I know the feeling when your fur baby has to go through something like that. My 13 year old dog had to have a fatty tumor removed from his side last year and looked so pitiful with his big bald patch. These are beautiful!! I f’d up my nails so just builder gel until they grow a bit. My way of describing colours is… ummm different. Like there’s a horrible turquoise colour that I describe as “the colour of the car the man who was trying to get me into his car when I was 5 while touching himself vigorously (my mum saw that from upstairs window). Does it help anyone, no! but that’s me! Sick humour. Because thankfully I ran away and my mum ran out! lol

Hey Jo! 🌈Just watched one of your Videos from 3 years ago and trying your theory: "where did you go, babe?" (maybe laughing helps anxiety? Don't know but I hope it does...😅) I do not want to step on toes, I admit I have not really dealt with anxiety, but what if you paint nails with things that cause you anxiety... Like i.e. monster under a bed but like non threatening for you... Please never consider it if you do not think it would help!!! Film it for yourself, make a voice over with all the feelings that you feel in that moment, make some fotos of it maybe and then with great relish destroy it all... But maybe do not be alone, have a person there you trust. If scatching can help with PTSD and other health issues, should it not also help with anxiety? You are such a talented artist! I know things like depression, anxiety and/or PTSD are not easy to live with. They suck. Just maybe remember you can not have a Rainbow without sunshine and rain! And please excuse my english. It is not my first language...😅 I would love to hear you laughing again...

My poor little poodle is black but her skin is white and a few times she has had operations and be shaved for whatever reason when it happens the sun comes out and the poor girl ends up sun burned even if I keep her in the house - she battles the bunnies and cat for the sun spot 🤷🏼‍♀️. I hope you get to string a shit ton of days together soon and kick anxieties ass out the door. I also have a game like that. It’s one of those stupid merge games and one where you breed dragons and collect money - do nothing relax brain breath

Gorgeous! I like the final rainbowy one best. This is a pretty cool trend. I nearly bought these MG colors recently, but I invested in their lamp instead. I have a request if you ever feel up to it: Could you someday please do a koi pond based on one of those 3D paintings with depth? It wants to be a trend, but there aren't any good tutorials for it.
