Kiki, you've helped me so much. I was pre-diabetic, obese, and out of energy all the time. I've been doing plant based for about 3 months and have been exercising for two. Thirty-five pounds are off so far. I use your videos and those of some others to find food that tastes great and helps get the weight off. I'm convinced that this plant-based, no-oil system is the very best lifestyle for humans. I know people lose weight on other types of diets, but I don't see how anyone could top this. I don't have to go hungry, and the exercise feels good. I don't feel like it's a chore to do my workout. It's something I enjoy having in my life. I've still got a long ways to go. I've got about another 80 pounds I want to take off. I'm still overweight, but at least it's going in the right direction. If I just stay the course, the rest of the weight will come off. However, I don't have to wait to feel good. I already feel that way. I'm 100 percent certain that your videos help a lot of people like they've helped me. You're making a huge difference in a lot of people's lives.

No one kill me for this, but I have a friend who has a friend who says to never mix the oil that is on top of your peanut butters! Pour those out as well! Sadly, even if it says “organic” on the container, it’s nothing but junk oil that the food industry adds just to make us sick! He knows this from working in the industry! It’s not even oil from the peanuts! So if you can find a store that allows you to grind your peanuts & make your own instead, that will always be your safest bet! 🙏🏻♥️
@mic1979-o9d5 ай бұрын
Whole foods allows you to grind your peanuts into butter right at the store.
@sweetpotato13575 ай бұрын
Maybe that's true with Jif or other crappy peanut butter that lists ingredients like "natural flavors" which means they can add anything. My peanut butter only contains peanuts and salt. If there is another ingredient like added oil they have to add it to the ingredient list because of people with allergies. It is law and they would get in huge trouble if someone has an allergic reaction due to an ingredient not listed.

For those wondering, Jackfruit can be found at Grocery Outlet if you happen to have one. Also every Asian store I’ve ever been in has it, that’s where I first found it years ago. Also it can be purchased online on Amazon but it’s a tad more expensive than in the stores.

The weirdest thing happened… I started to have gallbladder attacks last September, so I cut fat and animal products out of my diet (because those things caused my gallbladder to want to empty completely). I found Kiki and started to eat tons of veggies. I hated it at first but about 1 month into it, I absolutely adored eating! Like, I could not wait to eat vegetables. I would get so excited and food tasted so much better to me and was more rewarding! Fast forward me falling off the wagon… even though I am eating the foods I supposedly “love” without pain, I don’t “love” eating as much as when I was just eating veggies!!! It’s such a weird phenomenon! Has anyone else have this happen?
