The frozen pizza dough from Aldi is vegan and oil free! And it’s like $1!! I love love love it. It isn’t whole wheat, but it is wheat and barley and for a treat or quick meal for the whole family, I’ll take it! And I love the braided Stromboli for anything that tends to fall apart, like cheeseless pizza- it really looks amazing and helps hold it all in! Before going vegan, my hubby was diagnosed with lactose intolerance so I have perfected the cheeseless pizza and really enjoy it- THANK GOODNESS! down 23lbs in a little over 5 weeks thanks to your content and book recommendations. Thank you THANK YOU for sharing all of your wisdom!!

Hi Kiki, I just had to finally leave a comment. I've been watching many of your videos in the last few weeks after receiving a diagnosis of high blood pressure, low iron and anemia. I'm 48 years old and spent most of May, June, July and August running 3-6 miles, 3-5 days a week, only to go to the Dr and get this news. In the past, I have completed in triathlons and half marathons, but had been lax about my eating and my exercise. In short, I have followed the starch solution program for about 3-4 weeks now (about 80-90% of the time to start - trying to show myself a little grace) and am due back in the next week for follow up blood work. I'm hoping to get some good news. I wanted to thank you for making everything so simple. I love to cook, but we all know that when you get hungry you make bad choices sometimes and it is imperative to have simple prepped items to grab. Thanks for sharing all of your story. Also, side note, I watched a year old video of yours yesterday and you thanked your 21 subscribers lol, I thought I heard you wrong. But look at you now! Take care and lots of thanks from Rhode Island 😊 Carol

My braid was not as awesome as yours but it was easy and I was so happy with my braided bread 😍 loved replacing the oil with applesauce. I know I could but proportions per recipe is what throws me off when I make bread and pizza crust. I ate half of it and my husband the other half and we both loved it. (We probably overate oh well 😂) Next I'll try the pizza. Thank you for the recipe.

Love your recipes. I’ve been making homemade Pizza for years and I do love a Whole Wheat flour Pizza as much as the white. Whole Wheat gives a rich and crispy crust as well as flavor. Also, being on Starch Solution for 1 1/2 months I have made Pizza and when you have a great crust and topping, the cheese is not missed. And, this is from an Italian who enjoyed homemade Sicilian pizza every Friday night growing up, with all the Olive Oil crispy crust goodness. There are ways as you’ve shown to make a different and oil free version. Also live the idea of of a the Stromboli. That could certainly last a few meals for a single person. I would love to see this made with a Potato Crust. Bravo Kiki! You always inspire and also make great meals. Thank you for sharing.

In the process of making your beautiful pizza, Kiki! Using a Pizza Plus rotating oven to bake it on. My crust came out thicker than yours and the pinched edges are not as professional looking as yours, but next round I can work on mastering that. Here's a tip that may help you and others to get more of a rise out of your dough..as my veggies were in the oven roasting, I placed the covered dough bowl on the top, near door, and then once the veggies were finished I turned the oven off and cracked the door to allow out some of the warmth, which then made my dough ball to rise well over twice its size in a short amount of time. Now I have more than enough dough to freeze and make your other beautiful style of pizza next week! It's just finishing and can't wait to eat!! ♡ ** Incredible!! I even called my son to come on over to have some and he gobbled up 2 slices and then asked to take a slice for his wife! 👍

I just discovered the White Whole Wheat flour, and love it! I stay away from white flour whenever possible, so this is great. And re: ricotta, it's my belief that all bodies do need some fat. My intention is to use whole fat foods, like nuts and their products (like your cheese), avocados and guacamole etc vs a whole lot of oil. I do use a spray bottle of avocado oil which I will use sparingly when I want a little more non-stick and browning when stir frying with virtually no fat.

After watching your videos I was so energized to change up our eating plan and start to heal my body. Your recipes are things I will actually eat AND enjoy!
